When the new owner of Tiburon Wine on Ark Row, formerly Main Street Wine Bar, arrives at his shop, he says he’s happy to be back among the many local friends he’s made over the past 30 years in the wine and spirits business.

There’s a word for people who will bypass the many wine shops in their immediate vicinity and drive to a new one in Tiburon manned by a guy who calls himself Dr. Champagne.
Wise.
Wise is that word.
